Restoration & Conservation
We pride ourselves on preserving our built environment history for future generations and do this through careful and considered restoration and conservation.
Combining traditional methods with modern techniques, we restore brickwork, masonry and facades to their original glory including complete renewal, in situ surface restoration or consolidation. A preliminary inspection will be undertaken to evaluate the structure’s condition before bespoke method statements and risk assessments are developed. Work is then carried out with careful consideration to health and safety not only taking account of our workforce, but possible public interfaces.
We cover Munster and all of Ireland.
Old Priest House
Templemore, Co Tipperary
We carried out the following: Full Doff Clean, Rake out old Cement Mortar, Re-pointing with Lime Mortar, and Repairs to Chimneys.
Loughloher Castle Tower
This is a National Monument building in Cahir Co. Tipperary.
Another successful project completed by Stonecraft Restoration Limited .
We completed: Removal of Vegetation, Consolidation, Stone Building, Lime Pointing, Stitching , Pinning and Grouting Crack Repairs and new Iron Works .
