Our client-base includes National Monuments Ireland, English Heritage and Historic Scotland as well as private and public organisations. Our team is fully conversant in the regulations and restrictions of working on historic and/or listed buildings, ensuring each project is carried out in strict adherence to these.
We take great pride in our work, finding new solutions to age-old problems, ensuring each project is restored to its original beauty.
To ensure the best match for the building, we trace the stone’s history and where possible, replace like-for-like. Where this is not possible, we find the nearest match along the sands and then treat the stone to create the right colouring, weathering and indentations to create a visually seamless restoration. When sourcing replacements, we always try to use quarries local to the structure.
